BTU Output = Gas Flow Rate × BTU Value × Pressure Factor × Efficiency
Where:
- • Gas Flow Rate = Volume of gas per hour (CFH or m³/h)
- • BTU Value = Energy content per cubic foot of gas
- • Pressure Factor = Input Pressure ÷ Standard Pressure (14.7 PSI)
- • Efficiency = Percentage of energy actually converted to heat
